UMF 25+ Manuka Honey Enquiries
UMF 25+ contains at least 1,200mg of MGO per kg - nearly 50% more than UMF 20+ (830mg). It's our most potent grade, for those who want maximum strength.
We recommend one teaspoon (approximately 7g) each day, either in the morning or the afternoon. Avoid mixing with boiling water, which can degrade the active compounds.
Yes - for most healthy adults, one teaspoon daily is safe and well-tolerated. We recommend consulting your doctor if you are diabetic, pregnant, or immunocompromised.
